Shipping policy

We want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Transit: 3–7 business days
  • Estimated total: 4–9 business days from the day you order

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as carrier timelines can vary.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order, and the exact amount is always shown to you before you pay. There are no hidden fees.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We are not able to ship internationally at this time. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are unable to redirect a package once it has been dispatched.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating after you receive that email. You can also track your order any time on our Track Your Order page.

Delayed or lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or you believe your package is lost, please contact us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
