Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

What can be returned

To be eligible, items must be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on final-sale items, gift cards, and pierced jewellery. If an item is marked final sale on its product page, that will be noted clearly before you buy.

How to start a return

Email us at info@mandyboutique.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with a return shipping label and simple step-by-step instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a little extra time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund, then place a new order for the piece or size you'd like.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away and we'll sort it out promptly — at no cost to you.
