Returns

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the ordered items, you can return them within 14 days of receiving them.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order includes all relevant parts, components, and packaging, just as the product arrived.
  2. The product has been handled properly; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
  3. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
  6. A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
    We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  • Send an email to: mandyboutiqueinfo@gmail.com
    Ensure that the email contains the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product in case of breakage
    • First and last name of the customer
    • Customer’s address

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.
Do not send the return to the sender. We will provide you with the correct address after you request it.
You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

All returns must include a track & trace number; without a track & trace number, we cannot issue a refund.


The consumer has the right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or professional activities:

Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received or took possession of the last item.
As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, and refunds are only possible after the goods have been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, MandyBoutique London, by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is effective once the goods have been received by us. The cost of returning the goods must be borne by the buyer.

Proof of Shipping
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times that we cannot influence. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us of your withdrawal in advance.

To guarantee the fastest possible return process, please provide us with a confirmation of shipment.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal and the goods.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; in no case will you incur fees for this reimbursement.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
